Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging. Items returned in a worn or non-resellable condition may be refused or returned to the customer.

Exchanges

If the size isn’t quite right, we’re happy to arrange a size swap.

Just get in touch and we’ll guide you through it. As stock is limited, we recommend requesting exchanges as soon as possible.

Starting a return

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted. Approved returns must be sent within 7 days of return approval.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage. 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Non-returnable items

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Processing Your Return

Once your return arrives, we’ll check it and confirm next steps by email.

We’ll email you to confirm whether your refund or exchange has been approved.
Please allow up to 10 business days from the date your return arrives at our warehouse for your refund to be processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Keep hold of your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been fully confirmed. 

EU 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days.

Items must still be returned unworn and in original condition.
